Balancing rotors and large parts-this, despite the “difficult” sounding name is a very simple, but extremely necessary procedure that must be carried out for all types of agricultural machines. It consists in balancing the rotating parts of the mechanisms, which allows you to significantly (several times) reduce the vibration of these parts during operation. Balancing the rotors not only reduces the noise from the working mechanisms, but also increases their durability and service life.
Our machine allows balancing on 7 classes of accuracy according to GOST 22061-76:
Class 1 – Spindles, grinding wheels and motor rotors of precision grinding machines. Gyroscopes.
Class 2 – Drives of grinding machines. The rotors of small electric motors for special purposes.
Class 3 – Drives of Metalworking machines. Rotors of medium and large electric motors with special requirements. Rotors of small electric motors. Turbopumps.
Class 4 – Parts of process equipment.Drums centrifuges. Fans. Rotors of aircraft gas turbine engines Assembly. Flywheels. Impellers of centrifugal pumps. Parts of machines and General purpose machines. Rotors of conventional electric motors. Individual motor parts with special requirements.
Class 5 – Drive shafts (propeller shafts, propeller shafts) with special requirements. Parts of crushers. Parts of agricultural machinery. Separate parts of engines (petrol or diesel) of cars, trucks. Engine crankshaft Assembly with six or more cylinders with special requirements.
Class 6 – high-speed diesel crankshaft Assembly with six or more cylinders.
